Letterman Affair- Now he will try to patch up things!
Monday, October 5th, 2009
This is amazing. Every month you hear about infidelity by a celebrity, TV personalities and even a state governor. And the best part is that all of them admit to have an affair in front of live audience or press. Are they thinking that by doing so, they can be excused; do they think that by appearing in public and accepting their fault, it will make them ‘cleaner’ and will get the public support and understanding?
They must be joking
Less than one day after replacing disgraced Gov. Eliot Spitzer over allegations he solicited a prostitute, new Gov. David Paterson admitted that he had extramarital affairs with several women years ago, including one still on the state payroll in the governor’s office!
David Letterman said on Monday his wife has been “horribly hurt” by revelations of his sexual affairs exposed in an extortion plot against him and he apologized to staff of his popular late-night talk show. “She has been horribly hurt by my behavior, and when something happens like that, if you hurt a person and it’s your responsibility, you try to fix it,” Letterman told audiences, according to a statement from his company, Worldwide Pants.
Don’t’ they think about this before they actually get into this situation? Interestingly their wives also get into the limelight and are seen ‘supporting’ their hubbys in their quest to get salvation from their sin.
I think and I hope that American public does not have any more patience to accept these kinds of apology!
